Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Lash & Skin Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an Esthetician who is confident performing both lash extension services and skincare treatments while providing a premium client experience.
This is a contract, on-site position based in downtown Toronto with flexible scheduling and significant growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Perform classic, hybrid, and volume lash extension services
- Conduct lash fills, removals, and aftercare consultations
- Perform customized facial treatments tailored to client goals and concerns
- Conduct detailed client consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans
- Educate clients on skincare, lash maintenance, and home-care routines
- Recommend retail products, memberships, and treatment packages when appropriate
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies meet cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Deliver a warm, professional, and elevated client experience
- Participate in ongoing training and team development
Qualifications
- Licensed Esthetician or recognized aesthetics certification
- Experience performing professional lash extension services
- Experience performing facial treatments and skincare consultations
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment protocols
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Ability to build and retain a loyal client base
- Evening and weekend availability preferred
- Experience with brow services, body sculpting, advanced facial treatments, or sales is considered an asset
