We’re looking for an Assistant Merchandising Manager who understands the rhythm of retail, someone who can balance brand relationships, inventory planning, and store performance while keeping the product mix sharp and relevant.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and manage product assortment and category performance across Knockout stores
  • Coordinate with brand partners and vendors for stock planning, replenishment, and new launches
  • Track sell-through, stock levels, and store-wise performance to optimize inventory movement
  • Work closely with the store operations team to ensure the right product is in the right store at the right time
  • Support seasonal merchandise planning
  • Analyze sales trends and customer demand to improve product mix
  • Assist in pricing strategy, promotions, and retail campaigns
  • Ensure merchandising decisions align with the brand positioning and retail strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • 4-6 years of experience in retail merchandising/ category management
  • Experience working with fashion or lifestyle brands
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with sales data and inventory reports
  • Good communication and relationship management skills for brand/vendor coordination
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
