The BC is responsible for demonstrating and selling products as well as performing brow services including brow mapping, tinting, waxing and shaping! Most importantly, he/she is responsible for having fun and creating an unforgettable experience for their clients!
Core Responsibilities
- Achieving individual sales goals agreed with the manager through, making connections with customers, carrying out brow treatments and demonstrating Benefit products (following the Beauty ABC’s & Service ABC’s selling formula)
- Build and maintain good customer and retailer relationships
- Participate in counter events including new product releases, charity events and parties
- Communicate inventory needs (hygiene and products) and concerns to direct manager
- Ensure the counter and displays are kept clean and hygienic at all times
- Complete weekly sales worksheet to help monitor the counter performance
Requirements
- Strong retail and customer services experience (cosmetics experience preferred)
- Valid waxing license and proven strong service history
- Passionate about cosmetics, BROWS and very much sales-oriented
- Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking
- A go-getter! Must be comfortable approaching clients and ‘traffic stopping’
