Responsibilities
- Provide expert beauty treatments and professional advice to customers to ensure an excellent in-store experience.
- Offer the following treatments: threading, tinting, facial & brow waxing, Korean lash lift, brow lamination, and ear and nose piercing.
- Engage with customers, recommend treatments, and upsell products and services where appropriate.
- Maintain high standards of service and keep up to date with industry trends and techniques.
Training
- In-house professional training in threading, tinting, waxing, piercing, Korean lash lift, brow lamination, and lash extensions.

About You
- We’re looking for someone who is passionate, professional, and ready to make a difference in every client’s day.
- Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy and/or possess a relevant threading certification or have 1 year+ professional experience in threading. An accreditation in waxing is preferable.
- Have a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations through exceptional service.
- You are happy offering ALL of the treatments above as part of your role.
- Are confident in engaging with customers, recommending treatments, and upselling products and services.
- Are truly passionate about all things beauty, keeping up with the latest trends and techniques.
