The Role
We are looking for a Junior Designer to support our creative team in producing high-quality visual assets for global and local campaigns. This role is ideal for an early-career designer with strong fundamentals, a passion for social and digital content, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced agency environment.
You will collaborate closely with designers, producers, and creative leads, helping translate brand strategies into compelling visual solutions across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and adapt visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and events
- Support senior designers and creative leads in concept development and execution
- Adapt creative concepts across multiple platforms and formats
- Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Source imagery and perform basic photo retouching and artwork resizing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative work
- Stay up to date with design, social media, and digital trends
- Manage multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines with strong attention to detail
Skills & Experience
- Degree or training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Strong design fundamentals, including layout, typography, and branding
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Motion design skills using After Effects
- Video editing experience with Premiere Pro
- Understanding of social-first content and digital formats
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A portfolio showcasing creative thinking and technical execution
