The Role
We are looking for a dynamic, well-connected, and strategic Partnership Manager to join our Strategic, Growth & Partnership division. You will be the bridge between our brands and the outside world, responsible for crafting alliances that drive revenue, brand equity, and community engagement.
Your mission is to position T-Space and Beyoutiful as the "go-to" partners for luxury brands, creative industries, and corporate entities through innovative collaborations and high-impact events.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Alliances & Business Growth
- Identify and secure long-term partnerships with premium brands (Automotive, Fashion, Tech, Banking, etc.) to enhance the ecosystem of T-Space and Beyoutiful.
- Develop tailored partnership proposals that align with the "Growth & Strategic" objectives of the company.
- Negotiate contracts and manage end-to-end relationship lifecycles.
2. Event Programming & Sponsorship
- Conceptualize and execute signature events at T-Space (Art exhibitions, workshops, product launches) and Beyoutiful (Beauty talks, VIP gatherings).
- Lead sponsorship acquisition for internal events to ensure profitability and high-caliber brand presence.
- Act as the lead liaison for external parties wishing to host events within our venues.
3. Cross-Brand Synergy
- Create internal "cross-pollination" programs between T-Space’s creative community and Beyoutiful’s premium clientele.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to ensure all partnership activations are visually and strategically on-brand.
4. Market Intelligence
- Stay ahead of lifestyle, aesthetic, and event trends to keep our brands competitive.
- Track and report on the ROI of partnership activities and event performance.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Partnership, Business Development, or Event Management (preferably in lifestyle, luxury, or creative industries).
- Network: A proven track record of existing relationships with corporate brands, agencies, and community leaders.
- Communication: Exceptional command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken). You must be a persuasive storyteller.
- Mindset: A "growth-hacker" mentality—proactive, resourceful, and capable of seeing opportunities where others see walls.
- Style: Professional, polished, and comfortable engaging with high-net-worth individuals and C-level executives.
