Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Sales Manager/ assistant manager (Full-time) to lead our store operations, drive sales performance, and inspire a customer-first team culture. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on leadership, understands retail excellence, and has a passion for products for babies and young children.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning, Tracking and Analysis: Boost sales including e-commerce and stores to achieve KPI
- Identify Opportunities: Explore new business opportunities and responsible for business expansion (e.g. new store opening)
- Retail Shop Management: Lead the sales team and monitor daily retail operations and performance
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (marketing and operations) to ensure the project delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ retail management experience
- Experience in baby, children, lifestyle, or fashion retail preferred
- Proven record in sales growth and team management
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused with keen attention to detail
- Passion for babywear, toys, or family-oriented products is highly preferred
