Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sampling Embroidery Merchandiser, located in Mumbai. The role involves coordinating with clients, overseeing the development of sample embroidery pieces, ensuring customer needs are met, and aligning with brand expectations. Responsibilities include acting as a liaison between clients and artisans, streamlining the sampling process, and adhering to deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. The role requires customer engagement, troubleshooting, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Sales and Retail experience to handle customer interactions and ensure alignment with business goals.
