Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Merchandiser for a full-time, on-site role at our Bengaluru facility. The Senior Merchandiser will oversee end-to-end merchandising activities, including coordinating with clients, monitoring production schedules, managing sampling processes, and ensuring quality standards are maintained. Responsibilities also include communicating with customers, forecasting market trends, and managing relationships with buyers and suppliers to achieve sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Textile Engineering or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in merchandising or the textile industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in planning, coordination, and time management to manage production timelines efficiently.
