Position Summary:
HALEYS Beauty is seeking a creative, highly organized, and results-driven Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our social presence, creator partnerships, community engagement, and social commerce initiatives.
This role will own the day-to-day execution and growth of HALEYS across social platforms while building meaningful relationships with influencers, creators, makeup artists, and brand advocates. The ideal candidate understands beauty culture, lives on social media, has strong creator marketing experience, and knows how to turn engagement into brand awareness, community growth, and sales.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Content
- Develop and execute HALEYS' social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, promotions, campaigns, and cultural moments.
- Identify social trends, viral opportunities, and platform updates to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to develop engaging short-form video, educational content, product demonstrations, tutorials, and storytelling content.
- Manage content publishing schedules and ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
- Capture and create content for launches, events, creator partnerships, and behind-the-scenes brand moments.
Influencer Marketing
- Build and manage a scalable influencer marketing strategy that supports brand awareness, engagement, and revenue goals.
- Source, recruit, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, makeup artists, beauty professionals, and brand advocates.
- Execute gifting programs, affiliate partnerships, paid collaborations, ambassador programs, and creator campaigns.
- Track influencer performance, earned media value, engagement, reach, content quality, and return on investment.
- Develop initiatives that increase user-generated content and creator participation.
- Maintain an organized influencer database and pipeline of talent.
Community Management
- Serve as the primary voice of HALEYS Beauty across social media platforms.
- Engage daily with customers, creators, and followers through comments, direct messages, reviews, and community conversations.
- Monitor customer sentiment and social conversations to identify opportunities, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Escalate customer concerns to appropriate internal teams and help improve the overall customer experience.
- Foster a highly engaged community that reflects HALEYS' brand values and customer-first approach.
Events & Brand Partnerships
- Identify, source, and secure strategic pop-up events, brand collaborations, and community activations.
- Build relationships with retail, creator, beauty, and lifestyle partners that increase brand exposure.
- Represent HALEYS Beauty at events, creator gatherings, industry functions, and community activations as a brand ambassador.
- Support event planning, execution, content capture, and post-event reporting.
Social Commerce
- Support TikTok Shop initiatives, affiliate creator programs, live selling opportunities, and social commerce campaigns.
- Collaborate with eCommerce and marketing teams to drive traffic, conversion, and customer acquisition through social channels.
- Identify emerging social commerce opportunities and recommend new growth strategies.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and report on social media and influencer marketing performance.
- Analyze audience growth, engagement, reach, website traffic, conversions, revenue, and campaign effectiveness.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Continuously optimize content, creator partnerships, and channel strategies based on performance insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5+ years of experience managing social media and influencer marketing, preferably within beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fashion, or consumer brands.
- Demonstrated success growing social media channels and executing influencer campaigns that drive measurable business results.
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms.
- Experience working with influencer management platforms, affiliate programs, and social analytics tools.
- Knowledge of TikTok Shop, social commerce, and creator affiliate programs preferred.
- Strong content instincts with an understanding of what performs across social platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
